Airfields of Britain Conservation Trust

Dedicated to preserving the memory of Britain’s airfields, educating the public and supporting airfield research and preservation organisations. The most tangible manifestation of their work are the erection of marker stones on the locations of airfields and other aviation sites.

British Aircraft Preservation Council

The British Aviation Preservation Council links national, local authority, independent and service museums with private collections, voluntary groups and other organisations in the advancement of aviation preservation. ARGL are proud to be members of the BAPC, linking our role in the researching and recording of British airfield histories with the aircraft that flew from them. 


Subterranea Britannica

Subterranea Britannica is a UK-based society for all those interested in man-made and man-used underground structures and space. A particular interest is in British military defensive structures, including many airfield and related sites.
