I think this is the built over site at Portishead. (Refer also to Redcliffe thread)

The tanks don't seem to appear on earlier maps but as with all maps lack of inclusion is no proof that it wasn't there.

After engineer mentioned this site by NGR I took a look and, as I said in the Redcliff thread it was very likely the parent.

I used to visit Portishead regularly because my wife's parents lived at Redcliffe Bay

This site is long since gone, I think replaced by a McDonald's a large car park and a Homebase store

It had been closed and sold off by the time that I joined OPA in 1990 although OPA still maintained a financial interest in any developments on the site. Redcliffe Bay and Flax Bourton were still operational at that time.
