Not a mention of using '336 for long distance travel, or that the '146s are advertised for sale.

Or that VC10s were used for long distance flights. In fact it wasnt that good a documentary.

Are the 146s for sale the originals? I know one was sold off a few years ago. But the remaining ones are over 30 years old.

Long distance flights in the 60/70's used BA aircraft including Concorde. BA VC10's when used had a Royal flight interior fitted. GARVF a standard VC10 was sold to Sheik Zayed of Abu Dhabi in 1974 with an interior fitted, feedback was he was not impressed, not luxurious enough!
