This building is close to the airfield at Higham on the Hill in Leicestershire which is now the MIRA test track .the location on a contemporaryordnance survey 2.5 inch to mile map enigmatically identifies the location as "camp" the map which has a pin pointing to the building is from the ordnance survey inch to mile sheet 132 copyright 1967 fully revised 1966 ., the building is in the grid square sp 36 97

When viewed in Google Earth '1945' imagery (poor quality) the site and others adjacent could be some of the Dispersed Sites for RAF Nuneaton. The airfield does not appear in this imagery probably because it was censored out of the aerial photographs used to create the layer.
This image, (link below) tantalisingly, just 'misses' the site which is to the left of the squarish plantation at the 10 o'clock position.
The concrete lintels support your suggestion .possibly it was built there to take advantage of existing hardstanding .The term camp as used by O.S. sometimes refers to hutments and is continued to be used on maps after they have been removed .possibly the site was a bomb store ? which often seem to be associated with wooded areas >the farm track which i took the photo from was a good quality concrete track which would not be out of place on WW2 establishment.
The Bomb Store was located NE of the airfield in the Higham Farm area.
Yes, there seems to be a network of concrete surfaced tracks around that site implying a military connection.
